SENIOR CARE LIVING OPTIONS, Inc. was founded with the mission to offer seniors and their loved ones a trusted resource that will assess individual needs and preferences with a comprehensive intake to provide options for safe and trusted resources options. We separate ourselves by offering a 1, 2, 3 step approach:
Assess the Needs & Prefrences
This information can be supplied by a loved one or by the individual themselves over the phone by calling our toll free number, 877-900-7256, or by filling out our internet Assessment Form. This process will only take a short time and will supply us a wealth of information so we can qualify and narrow the options to meet your needs.
Set Up Tours
During our research we expedite the process, while keeping your contact information PRIVATE. Our care specialist will provide detailed information on living options that meet your criteria and will set-up tours, coordinate physician’s report, and work with you and your family member every step of the way.
Coordination of Move-in
We will assist you with the process of obtaining a Physician's Report and a Tuberculosis test which is mandatory for admission to any residential care community. We will work with you to obtain your room choice and will go over charges if you have any questions. If needed we have outside resources that can assist you with the move and packing. We will follow up to see how your loved one is doing, and will continue to be a support system for you and your loved one.
